Every year on June 7th, the world commemorates World Food Safety Day to emphasize the crucial significance of ensuring food safety for all. As a company, our main goal is to provide safe and healthy solutions to consumers. To achieve this, we had cultivated a culture of employee competition that supports the enhancement of food safety practices in the workplace. We organized several internal competitions dedicated to promote food safety awareness, practical strategies implementation, and teamwork, which have positively impacted food safety standards. These competitions included Puzzle Mania, Treasure Hunt, Food Art, and Quiz, and witnessed active participation from over 150 employees. On this World Food Safety Day, Arjuna Natural emphasized the power of healthy competition to elevate food safety practices. Our approach has been to raise awareness, encourage compliance, foster innovation, promote teamwork, and recognize achievements. As a result, we have created a work environment where employees are motivated to prioritize food safety at all levels.
