Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales professional to drive business growth in global markets. The role focuses on export sales, international business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve international sales targets through effective market strategies.
Develop new business opportunities and manage distributor networks.
Handle export sales and customer relationships.
Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Represent the company at international trade shows and client meetings.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and regular management reports.
Qualifications:
– Graduates, preferably with an MBA (B.Pharm, M.Sc. Chemical/Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology/Chemical, MBBS, etc.)
– 5–10 years of international sales/export sales experience (preferably nutraceuticals, ingredients, or allied industries).
– Strong passion for sales and business development
– A strong network with international clients/distributors is an advantage.
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with CRM software for sales tracking and customer management.
– Knowledge of international market trends in natural ingredients and wellness products.
