- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Monitor production schedules and revise plans based on changes in demand, material availability, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Sales Ops, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels of Finished Goods (FG), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Raw Materials (RM).
- Timely capturing of production data in MRP / software’s.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on production, inventory, and order status.
- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E /B. E in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience of 3–4 years in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals, or FMCG is preferred.
Skills:
- Production Planning & Scheduling.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Inventory Management (FG, SFG & RM).
- Production Monitoring & Control.
- MIS Reporting and Data Management.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
