Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our Sales & Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will manage sales order processing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely dispatches, support customer communication, and maintain accurate documentation — contributing to smooth and efficient sales operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Order & Purchase Order Management
- Enter and process Sales Orders (SO) based on customer Purchase Orders (PO).
- Verify PO details such as pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and commercial terms before SO creation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all SO/PO transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordination with QC/QA, Production Planning, Logistics & Sales Team
- Work closely with Production Planning to track batch readiness, material availability, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with QC/QA for product clearance, documentation, and sample approvals.
- Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely dispatches aligned with customer commitments.
- Ensure customer delivery expectations match internal production schedules.
- Customer Communication
- Communicate material readiness, dispatch timelines, and sample availability to customers.
- Coordinate sample dispatches and track courier details.
- Ensure all dispatch documents (COA, test reports, packing list, invoice, etc.) are accurate and compliant.
- Support to CSCO
- Monitor and assist in managing the CSCO’s email inbox.
- Respond to routine queries, escalate critical communications, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Support documentation, reporting, and communication tasks as assigned.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech / MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or supply chain coordination—preferably in a manufacturing, nutraceutical, FMCG, or food ingredients industry.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up ability
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
